Would like to take my eyes from my current state (Photo #1) to something like Photo #2. I'm already pretty confident about my facial structure except for my eyes, they're dogshit compared to the rest of my features which decends me heavily. I turn 18 in like 9 months and will be hardmaxxing, I would prefer a surgery over filler but don't know exactly what to get. Was told about PEEK orbital implants, someone help me design the surgery and lmk everything I need to get done with eyes.
