Swamp green eyes, can i lighten?

This image was taken in normal room lighting. As you can see my eyes literally look black for the most part thats how dark green they are.

This was taken in near perfect lighting in my car.

Is there any way, aside from contacts or surgery that i can lighten my eye color? Can mood change eye color? I deal with anxiety that im trying to manage, and other mental ailments so i dont know if my eye color could change once that is no longer a struggle, i just dont wanna have these black looking beaty eyes in average lighting.
