i have crooked, narrow upper and lower palate/maxilla, overbite and crossbite. i have been on invisalign for roughly 2 years now. i am researching other orthodontic treatments like 3 way expander, reverse pull headgear and mandibular advancement.
i havent put any thought into it until recently when i got class 2 elastics to fix my overbite. im convinced that the class 2 elastics will recess my maxilla and give downgrowth. im pretty sure the invisalign retainers are giving me downgrowth. i dont want a herbst appliance to fix my overbite because that will recess my maxilla and im cautious of even continuing invisalign treatment.
what would you recommend?
