swelling under my eye

I got a bruise after a fight. The bruise went away, but there was some swelling under my eye. How can I get rid of the swelling?

it’s not a huge, it was bigger, maybe it’s stuck blood

bro go to a doctor but i think its either Fat Necrosis, hematoma or scar tissue
