Professional swimmers have the most aesthetic bodies , and most functional bodies.

Swimming makes your blood vessels more elastic

When you’re swimming vigorously, you are using lots of different muscle groups and, importantly, you are working against the weight of the water

Swimming can help you live longer

Perhaps not surprisingly, given the impact on arteries, swimming can extend your life. Scientists at the University of South Carolina in the US followed over 40,000 men, age 20 to 90, for an average of 13 years and discovered that swimmers had a much lower death rate than non-exercisers.

Swimming helps increase height

When swimming, we often have to spread both arms and legs to advance, combined with the resistance of the water to promote muscle relaxation. Therefore, children who learn to swim early will have a better chance of growing taller than their peers.

Stretching to increase bone size is just one of the reasons why swimming helps to increase height. In fact, when we go swimming, the activity helps the body send signals to the pituitary gland. Also from here growth hormone is released to stimulate the formation of cartilage tissue to help bones grow.

3)

Swimming Slows Down Aging

There is no secret pill to living longer, but the pool is like the fountain of youth. Regular swimming can delay the effects of aging by reducing blood pressure, increasing muscle mass, improving oxygen and blood flow to the brain, and increasing cardiovascular health. Swimming can also improve physical strength and balance in seniors.

Seniors who suffer from joint pains can hit the pool to increase flexibility and to reduce joint inflammation. Lastly, this low-impact sport is easier on the body.

How are they subhuman ? And a long torso is a better than a short torso
long or short torso both of them are fucked up. it should be balanced with your leg length.

I would have choose long legs over long torso tho

Swimming stretches the legs too so dont sorry about balance

You practice swimming in a pool full of chlorine that destroys your skin, it is better to do cardio on a gym machine

The chlorine in the swimming pool are in low concentration and will never damage the skin

Swimming uses all the muscles in our body. It's a very stimulating exercise indeed.

It gives just the perfect athletic body that you need , not too muscular, not too skinny

This is called scientific proof update your brain my friend
bbc isnt a good source :lul:
but swimming is better than sitting on your fucking ass all day. but your acting like the chlorine and the chemicals in the water dont have an impact. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/ar...am the, abnormally low concentrations of these

if you can find a saltwater pool, a natural body of water or a copper–silver ionized pool then swimming is good, since it burns a lot of calories, is easy on your joints and stops people from being fat fucks. but mechanically, even if swimming increase "hgh and hormone flow" in the body you obviously arent swimming when you're sleeping.
but swimming is a good sport, just the scrotum is so permeable that chemicals can have an effect on your serum androgen levels. whether this is significant or not, is dependant on your goals, because lower androgens theoretically mean less estrogens and more time to grow.

Why wouldnt be bbc a good source 😂

Why wouldnt be bbc a good source 😂
because they dont provide any actual studies or good source of information, and their writers are biased towards making whatever they write about the next coming of fucking jesus.

look at this
just lol 0.75g/kg

even though they dont technically lie, they purposely try to mislead you through paragraphs like
"So, how much protein should you eat each day? Adults who aren't especially active are advised to eat roughly 0.75g (0.03oz) of protein per day for each kilogram they weigh. On average, this is 55g (1.9oz) for men and 45g (1.6oz) for women – or two palm-sized portions of meat, fish, tofu, nuts or pulses."

and then afterwards
"Despite that, most of us have long associated protein with building muscle. This is accurate. Strength-based exercise causes a breakdown of protein in the muscle. For muscles to grow stronger, the proteins need to rebuild. A type of amino acid called leucine plays a particularly big part in triggering protein synthesis."
doesnt use any numbers and doesnt even suggest that they should intake more protein if they are physically active.

bbc isnt a good source of information, much like this shithole of a forum. the sooner you realise this the less stress youll have the more youll actually do thats beneficial

i agree wiz OP
