swolen face and changin haircut

why is my face always that puffy and swolen, i weigh about 69 kilos and i am about 179 cm here some reference pics. i am also looking to change my hairstyle but i have very thin and straight hair, do yall think if i do a extremely loose perm just to get some structure a modcut would fit me?

your lymphatic system, which is a system of liquid running around your body can get clogged up and bloated for these things:

too much sodium (ideally have 4 mg of potassium for every mg of sodium)
bad sleep
stress
sugar induced bloat

probably like maybe 17%. so yeah its probably bloating that makes your face look puffy, you could fix it fully in like 1-2 weeks. could u make this message the conclusion, its the check to the right of the message u just gotta click that
