Swollen Lymph node at my dick

this hard ball at the base of my dick right next to it just popped up.

I thought it was a pimple but after some researching apparently it might be a swollen lymph node.

It hurts when I pinch it since I tried to pop it like a pimple. Could this shit be cancer? Has anyone else gotten this?
