Swollen submandibular gland

Yo so basically I took a nap in a pretty weird position. When I woke up my submandibular gland was kind of hurting and has swollen up. Like on the picture there’s also a video showing what I mean. So can everyone help me because it’s still swollen and it happened yesterday.
Should I just visit a doc?
