The simples definition of facial symmetry is: both halves of the face matching in the way they appear.
There are 4 parts to facial symmetry:
1. Bones (cheekbones, upper and lower jaw and the chin, brow bone and nose bone
2. Muscles (eyebrow muscles, mouth muscles, jaw muscles, eye muscles).
3. Skin.
4. Hair (eyebrows, hairline, facial hair, eyelashes).
Bones can be changed mostly by surgery, although bone remodeling is possible over the course of many years.
Muscles can be easily atrophied or built. If one of your eyebrows is higher than the other, either bring the one that’s higher lower or vice versa. It works well. That applies to all facial muscles, including the masseters.
Skin can be changed with surgery. For example canthal tilt can be changed by only changing the skin. Or you can take a knife and do it yourself (jk, don’t do it).
Hair can be plucked, transplanted, grown with minox or shaved. Pretty easy to achieve hair symmetry.
