so basically i was born with a missing adult premolar or molar idk which one and im scared that its going to make my face even more assymetrical then it is, and what should i do about it?

I don't think its going to become any more asymmetrical than it already is, considering that your bones have already developed in order to accommodate the deformity. Go to an orthodontist and find out if the issue is worth it for you to fix, figure out the costs and the time period it would take.

i already am at an ortho i have braces and stuff but they just said to keep the baby tooth as long as possible for now
