I already know this might not apply to everyone, but I have an orderly personality type, that coupled with light autism I have decided to systematize/schedule my looksmaxxing. I think many of the lurkers and posters here have intentions of looksmaxxing, but have trouble sticking to it, or actually taking concrete steps to achieve their aesthetic potential.
Daily: Here is where you would right down things that you need to DAILY to looksmaxx, this will most likely be things like supplements, skin care, oral care, styling and softmaxx for the day
Weekly/monthly/ interval: Depending on the maxxer, you might have weekly, monthly, or some sort of interval typed maxx, examples could be hair cuts every two weeks, spray tanning monthly, Professional teeth whitening every 6 months or year, 6 month dental visits, etc. You get the point. I would write these down on your looksmaxx schedule, but a pro tip is to put reminders into google calendar, google will email you and pop it up on your phone, you'll never forget
Next surgery: This is the big one, write down your next surgery, what is it? what gives you the best return on investment? Be detailed, how much does it cost, how can you finance it, have you scheduled it, do you have steps to get it? A surgeon in mind etc. Without a plan you will spend the rest of your life half assing this shit and never maxx and eventually rope.
Upcoming surgeries: Make a list of surgeries/procedures you might get in the future, they don't have to be as planned as above, but when the one in your "next surgery" list is complete you will pick from this list and move it up to next surgery
I would sit down and really think about putting together this plan, type it up in word, print it out, hang it in your bathroom, door, wherever, so its in your face daily. Also don't forget to put scheduled type things in google so you don't have to think about it. The benefits of this plan are to motivate follow through, but also free up mental energy so your not overthinking this shit.
