Systemic IGF-1 elevation wont do shit for your bones as it only really acts locally. The only two ways to propely utilize IGF-1 for bone growth is either by:
- Locally injecting(unsafe, higher risk of asymmetry, but very effective)
- Having elevated GH levels and then locally increase IGF-1 in facial bones through mechanical Stress(chewing/bonesmashing)
Second point has several upsides
Local IGF-1 rises only where its needed promoting subtle density and contour changes and avoids systemic overexposure to IGF-1 (reduces cancer/growth risks).
But any remodeling in adults will be limited — mainly density, jaw definition, and minor contouring
