Biggest fucking cope I ever believed in.

Friend of mine literally has the worst diet ever (90% sugar and pizza), drinks on the weekends and exercises once in a while. Also picked up smoking.

Meanwhile he's extremely masculine looking, has a low deep voice and intimidates people just by existing.

He just had high prenatal testosterone, that's all he needed(which is highly genetic like everything btw)

No listen it's literally fucking bullshit. 99% of all the T increasing products studies are either when a severe deficiency takes place or they don't talk androgen receptor sensitivity which is all that matters

it's not bad but it doesn't matter that much cause your genetic blueprint already determined around how much T you were gonna have either way, or atleast sensitivity to it

I am most definitely not the most qualified on this matter, but I'm pretty sure i have read that carbs along with protein are positively correlated with growth factors.

And sugar too (Insulin).


I have grown tired of this paleo hippie nonsense. Caloric, dirty, processed foods have made teens grow greater heights and greater frames than ever before in history.
