For young people it doesn’t matter. But in general t3 to t4 in the ratio 1:3 is ideal

Young people can convert alright. Older guys and those with liver problems cannot de iodinate due to lacking some enzymes such as di’5 etc and it converts to rt3 which is proven to be anti metabolic.

can u list some anti thyroid foods

ive been feeling ill and i suspect its the carnitine from all the monsters ive been chugging but im not so sure

also, t3 and t4 are both pills, right? not liquid

Note selenium also supports the deiodinase enzymes so you may want to consume more of that to get the active thyroid hormone t3. Fructose also helps in the conversion.

It may be the inosine as well and does your monsters contain sucrose or hfcs? Taurine also could give tactile problems sometimes I think.

do u mean inositol? also just glucose syrup

sugar and occasionally sucralose to sweeten it

are u sure taurine would be a problem? i thought it was supposed to help ::
