if you have a bad appetite, try cyproheptadine 1 mg 5 hours before sleep. Your dinner will be amazing. Otherwise you can take activated charcoal to reduce get serotonin and that will increase appetite too while lessening fat synthesis at same time so you burn off what you eat
I can't eat more than one medium sized meal a day and what's more brutal is that I can't even lose weight on that.
