It's dependent on how large your server is and how premium your domain is. But shouldn't be too much money in general.
Is it easy to customize the theme? I've worked with XenForo demos since December 2023. I already know the basics but customizing a theme is still difficult for me.
You can just pirate a pre-made theme and install it.
