reta is the meta i genuinely have never been so lean and confident in my life mainly cuz i grew up being bullied for being fat and a weirdo but now its like people respect me and ask me how i did it and whats my gym routine and i mean sure i give them my gym routine but they dont know im on reta and i mean fuck them anyways im not gonna give them a source or put them on cuz if i was still a fat bitch they wouldnt even look my way or even talk to me.
