ever since i started taking 500mg of magnesium before i went to bed ive been having better sleep and i actually wake up on my back instead of on my side or on the floor. I have also been taking 450mg of ashwaghanda so I think that helps too.

i dont take supplements bc theyre cope but i have never seen proof of what ur talking abt
