What do I do? I really need help. I can’t just quit and make things more worse and awkward in this situation. I’m working overtime just to return home with 5-7 hours of sleep minimum just to return back there early in the morning. My body’s deteriorating I’ve been doing this for 1 month straight with only 1 day off during every week injuries and wounds all over my body. I can’t just stop either I’m financially unstable, finding a new job would just add more pressure when I’m only capable of kitchen and manual labor switching position constantly. Is there a way for me to escape and claim the benefits before it’s too late? I’m at a point of no return.

this belongs in off topic

Learn new skills, build a CV and search for other less demanding jobs like retail, fast food, etc.

I would maybe after I claim my benefits, but how do I speak to the putrid manager as I’m working under this exploitive company that doesn’t seem sketchy at first but is after you know how it operates when you’ve experienced after a few days of working there. Do I report it for employee mistreatment/ misconduct? The more I think about it the more issues begin to pile and build up leaving no room for me to stay sane.

What’s worst is my stupid dumbass decided to stay there because I wanted to maintain financial stability and all of a sudden ts happens I’m aware of it but all of the workers there aren’t.

Ask for a pay raise or at least less working hours and if he declines then resign and find a better job

I did but he keeps making excuses like “Oh you’re doing what you’re contracted to do”, “If you don’t work harder we’ll cut your salaries for being lazy” etc etc self victimization to avoid paying more and responsibilities. And if you can’t make it work you get more working hours not including over time pay raise like fuck… and if you can’t make it you get replaced where I live it’s hard to find a job that’s why I sticked around.

Tell him to fuck off then find an actual normal job. If u stay in this job then u will live in the same cycle repeatedly. It's all or nothing.
