@toth77 what you need is confidence , i know it sounds like a reddit bluepilled advice but for you its the truth , go out meat new people you might be unlucky and meet some bad people that will try to bring you down but dont let them , gymmax at home since i read that youre insecure about your frame , eat good sleep good and do like 100 push ups a day you'll see results fast cause your body is not used to training, also some squats, if your posture is bad try to improve it ,

Basically gymax then youll feel youre the best version of yourself , dont forget only a small majority are your height and most of them are not gymmaxed

Always look at the dark side but more on the bright side
