is taking growth hormones like cjc no dac at 15 actually something that can backfire instead of helping you?
what studies show (kirk et al., endocrine reviews 1997; juul et al., jcem 1994),
during the main puberty years your natural growth hormone levels are already at the highest they will ever be.
this means you’re basically producing the equivalent of multiple iu of hgh per day on your own.
because of that, unless you have an actual diagnosed gh deficiency, adding extra gh or gh-boosting peptides wouldn’t make you taller. it might even do the opposite,
because too much igf-1 can make your growth plates mature and fuse earlier (nilsson et al., j endocrinology 2005), which can reduce your final height.
thoughts? i’m considering it but at the moment this is the conclusion i’ve come to.
