Taking furosemide

Any tips to take furosemide ? i take like 80mg before going out and it rly works but sometimes i feel too weak or tired, how can i feel good and keep debloated?

The ideal dose would be between 40-80mg in studies range from 20 to 120mg. I would strictly advise against dosages above 120mg
