I recently discovered a prescribed bottle for 75mcg of Levothyroxine that is for my mom. I know it can help boost metabolism and provide some other benefits.

Should I be taking this daily or every other day to looksmax/leanmax?

t4 really is not even worth fucking up your thyroid for. if you wanna take thyroid meds look into t3

t3 is the active hormone and is what is used in pharmacology for cosmetic purposes. the only people who use t4 are people with hypothyroidism that dont even create t4

Yea but at least 30-60% of t4 is converted into t3.

not exactly, if you have a normal level of t4 naturally, t4 is not gonna put you into hyperthyroid levels
