Taking my first cycle. Any suggestions + warnings?

I’m going to be taking my first cycle soon. To prepare I’ve gained about 15 pounds dirty bulking and currently sit at ~16% bf. Below is the basic outline of what I’ll be taking. Any guidance from experienced people is greatly appreciated!

Cycle

Rad 140 phase:

11 week cycle:
10mg for 4 weeks
15 mg for 4 weeks
15-20 mg for 3 weeks.

Supplementation -
◦ -NAC (antioxidant/liver support)
◦ -Cod liver oil + citrus bergamot (Omega3 Lipid support)
◦ CoQ10 to compliment lipid protection
◦ -Magnesium (BP support)
◦ -Zero alcohol
◦ Fiber
◦ -Sleep prioritization (cortisol) and glucose management
◦ Daily intake of Calcium
◦ Vitamin D (calcium absorption) & vitamin K2 (calcium direction)


PCT PHASE:

The PCT
1. Hormonal signal → enclomiphene
2. Low cortisol → sleep, magnesium, stress control
3. Raw materials → vitamin D, zinc, calories
4. System repair → omega-3s, fiber
5. Time

(Supplements: Most important to least.
✅ = optional)

◦ -Enclompihene 12.5 mg daily (8-12 weeks)
◦ Magnesium (cortisol management)
◦ Vitamin D (promote LF +FSH efficacy)
◦ Zinc (testosterone synthesis)
◦ Cod Liver Oil (reverse lipid damage + support mood)
◦ Calcium, Vit D & K2
◦ Fiber
✅Glycine (sleep depth and cortisol)
✅Ashwagandha
Anything I’m missing?
 
who told you to do sarms, theyre worthless and dangerous without a test base. Just do a 250 test cycle or even 500 test, its cheaper and safer than that, you'll only get hypogonadism from rad 140 solo. Mirin the ancillaries and safety protocol, but that cycle is so bad for you that youll prob get low test fuck your HPTA and end up on trt anyways. i can see you did research but its easy to tell you dont want to use needles.

you won't gain shit in 11 weeks, just hop on trt and cruise

This support stack for rad alone and no test base. Stick to creatine and mk.
