If you don’t take into account vitamin and mineral balances

For example

Zinc to copper
Phosphorus to calcium
Vitamin A and vitamin D
Magnesium and calcium
Sodium and potassium

This is also why very strict diets can be harmful, as diets like carnivore are very high in some of these nutrients, but not its counterpart, which can lead to imbalances
