At one point in history, anything even SLIGHTLY related to the Eastern Roman Empire was excluded from the concept of "Europe" because they weren't Latin Christians.

Biological realities aren't malleable or determined by "vibes" or "feelings" or political change. People who have been included in "races" have been excluded from them and vice versa. I thought "race" was a "biological reality".
