This unironically. Not meaning to insult you @Ekil73_YT but you sound crazy high cortisol. That and ashgwanda are things you should look into. Of course they are useless if you don't deal with your stressors afterwards, but it's a nice cope at least.

Or adopt an IDGAF attitude, that makes things a lot easier.

If you're a voicecel like me voice training helps out a ton. Getting a deeper voice is good, but the main thing is dealing with shit like stutters and not having anything to say.

Copers will say Chad can stutter all he wants so voice doesn't matter, but nobody is Chad here.

Do you know if it's all a mental thing or a physical thing? If you're a fatass/anorexic you kinda have no reason to complain about high cortisol since that is self induced.

For the OCD no idea. My only experience with it is my mom citing it as a reason to be an ass to me.
