Tall people very often stink worse & have nastier, more offensive body odor.
This is because tall people often have had high peripheral growth hormones.
This is obviously more so true for men and women over 6' tall in particular.
So one silver lining you can say for being short ... At least you'll likely stink less.
The same thing that promotes acromegaly, HGH, also influences symptomatic expression of these possible traits even in isolation, i.e., even without acromegaly these above factors still correlate to high GH. This means you DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE ACROMEGALY DIAGNOSIS TO HAVE ACROMEGALY-LIKE SYMPTOMS CORRELATED WITH HGH LEVELS IN THE BODY.
The massive majority of people over 6' tall have high HGH levels & have had such since puberty, explaining often their large limbs, hands, odor, voice, joints/health issues. This means it's a fair assessment to state that most people who DO NOT HAVE ACROMEGALY DIAGNOSES can still have ACROMEGALY SYMPTOMS. This is easily concludable.

A significant increase in growth hormone, particularly in a condition called acromegaly, can lead to noticeable body odor due to excessive sweating caused by the enlarged sweat glands associated with this hormonal imbalance; this is often described as an "offensive" body odor.
Overall, acromegaly signs and symptoms tend to vary from one person to another, and may include any of the following:
- Enlarged hands and feet
- Enlarged facial features, including the facial bones, lips, nose and tongue.
- Coarse, oily, thickened skin.
- Excessive sweating and body odor.
- Small outgrowths of skin tissue (skin tags).
- Fatigue and joint or muscle weakness.
- Pain and limited joint mobility.
- A deepened, husky voice due to enlarged vocal cords and sinuses.
- Severe snoring due to obstruction of the upper airway.
- Vision problems.
- Headaches, which may be persistent or severe.
- Menstrual cycle irregularities in women.
- Erectile dysfunction in men.
