realistically bro the only thing that can give you a chance of growing is peptides, oral or injectable or improvements in excersise and diet. focus on maximizing hgh. everything else is pretty much cope. u got this bro

i tought it would be a good idea to buy it because the App looks very structured so you dont forget anything

imagine paying for an app that literally tells you to eat a healthy diet, and sleep more. it just applies a basic height formula to roughly "predict" your final height based on your parents height's, it isn't accurate at all lmao, no app can predict your height outcome.
