in my local American gym these are the races from tallest to shortest , also don’t pull no average shit bs from Google, im basing this off of 18-40 year olds, most old people are short and they make up the entire “average” data that you see, and this is based on my observation, every gym is different.
1.white - , tallest by a mile, fun fact tallest dude I ever saw at the gym was 7’0 and white
2.black - obviously very tall but there’s a good amount of short buff black dudes i see, but the tall East African lanklets there make up for it.
3.polynesian - big ass samoans, are like 6’3 300 minimum I never seen a skinny or short Samoan but there’s not many that show up so that’s why I put ‘em At 3
4.mulatto - see 1 and 2
5. arab - average, once again rare demographic
6. SEA - they’re either 5’2 or 6’2, but still most slightly sub average.
7. hispanic - never seen a tall Hispanic at the gym, 5’9 at most
8. asian - obvious, generally very small never seen them go past the 5’6 mark.
