I want to take a low dosage of Accutane 20 mg. I know when you start taking Accutane, you shouldn't be around the sun much. If I already have a good tan, can I maintain my tan with MT2 and still take Accutane for the skin along with Tret? I always wear sunscreen though.

What I'm thinking of taking:
  1. 20 mg Accutane daily
  2. 0.5% Tretinoin
  3. 500 mcg MT2 once a week

I'm Already on DUT:lul:

should work theoretically yes. midigate high UV sun exposure while being on isotret bhai

Irrespective of MT2, you need UV exposure to maintain your tan.
Using sunscreen whilst you use MT2 is counterintuitive.
Don't combine retinoids either. Assuming you mean 0.05% tretinoin. Either way, only isotretinoin will do.
Ideally, take your MT2 dosage once a week, maximise UV exposure 30 minutes post-injection and then keep sunscreen on and mitigate UV exposure for the rest of the week when the MT2 is out of your system.
