Tan or Vampiremax as an Asian

Yo guys, I am East Asian and I've been seeing a lot of talk about tanning being able to ascend people, but is tanning still beneficial for asians or is being pale better?
Obv tanning is good for whites cuz it increases contrast but I think for asians tannning doesn't increase contrast, being pale does.
