real sun + mt2 is the best , however tanning bed is not bad when combined mt2 so u spend less time in a bed , i personally wouldnt go more than 5 min in any type of uv for that matter

today i got super tanned luckily it was 76 degrees today with sunshine , low uv index around 3 but mt2 is so goated u dont need any higher
