Yes because tanning is the direct result of DNA damage. The Tanning is the sign of Injury in the same way like getting a bruise is a sign that you bumped into something. Tan long enough and Melanoma is nearly inevitable

The biggest problem is just the hq usage using it long term or in high amounts can cause un reversible skin damage but you can prevent that by not being a retarded
applying a handful on your face or not using the proper skin protection
