Tanning + melanotan advice

I’m thinking about trying melanotan-1 nasal spray this summer to get a light tan since I’m pretty pale.

Does anyone have experience with it or tips on how to get the best results or just how to tan in general.

Start with 0.1mg to 0.25mg then gradually build up to 0.5mg

Be cautious of its side effects like
