hey i was just wondering, i kinda have some moles in my face and a lot in my body. they are not that bad but i don’t want them to get worse.
i heard MT2 and MT1 were a bad idea in this scenario, but heard that direct UV for long periods was also bad.
¿Should i just take UV from the sun with sun screen? ¿Or does it give you cancer? ¿Are self tanners cope or are there any good ones?
