Taped my mouth, mouthbreather problem

Hey,

i taped my mouth now 2 times while sleeping. its hell to take the tape off at morning because it hurts like hell on my beard.

but it looks like i am not mouthbreathing at sleep it seems.

what you say? just concidence? or should i tape my mouth every day now?

I mean.. if ur lips are apart but your tongues up there.. that means youre not mouthbreathing. Taping lips dosent strenghten the muscles. U gotta do some lip press exercises for that shit.

i am taping mouth, so that i dont breath trough my mouth dude and become recessed

nothing to do with muscle training
