Like already stated above, you need to have the basics of looksmaxing DIALED IN.

Meaning 8-12% bodyfat, and gymcelled. Then it does add a bit of badboy/masculinity halo, but I see a lot of skinny fat, or fat fucks with tattoos, and it makes zero difference in attractiveness or appeal. They're now just a ugly dude with ink.

There's also a point imo where you go "too far" with tats, and it shifts attention away from your face, or physique, and more so draws it onto the fact that you're heavily tattooed. The guy you posted in the OP imo is excessively tatted for attractiveness purposes. Just like you can be "too big" to have mass appeal, the same applies.

It's why I stopped at one full sleeve. Looks the most aesthetic imo, because you still have definition in one arm, but you're clearly tattooed without it going too far. Tattoos are just another way to add to your overall look/vibe in a positive way for sex appeal, but as always, FACE (leanness), and a decently muscular body are king.
