Tattoos effect on muscle definition

I wanna get one on my forearm but cant pick which arm
Id want to get it on the one which is prone to getting big to keep the symmetry but im not sure if the non dominant forearm or the one in the dominant arm will get big
Why im thinking this is because maybe you will hit the forms less accurately with your non dominant arm and accidentally hit your forearm resulting in it getting bigger

I’d get it on the smaller one tbh, that way people look at your big forearm, and would picture the other one to be the same size without the tattoos, plus it will already look unsymmetrical because of the tattoo
