not tryna overhype but if you’re still on tret you’re literally coping
been on both and taz hits way harder, skin peeled like a mf at first but once you’re thru that phase it’s smooth af.
tret is like entry level, taz is when you’re tired of playing around and want glass skin not just “eh better than before” skin
why taz > tret:
Downsides
been on 0.1% for like 3 months, acne scars fading, skin tone even, barely get new breakouts
My experience:
so im 3.5 months in now on 0.1 taz every other night
only use used moisturizer + spf to not flake like a lizard
no other actives i aint got time for that
My before and after:
Before ( December )
Pics
Now
Photos from the past 2 weeks (why my hand is looking like that
)
Tret never did this for me. was on 0.05 for like 8 months b4 and it was just “ehhh maybe it’s working?”
taz came in like boom reset button on my face
real talk if ur not sensitive just skip tret and go straight to taz
save time + gain skin
if you’re stuck in the “mild purge for 5 months straight” tret purgatory, time to level up
Tret is baby’s first retinoid
Taz is simply just better.
TLDR: for low iq
tret mid
taz peels harder, clears faster, hits deeper
worth the flake
skin go from npc to main character
don’t stress it just switch
Hope this guide helped you

tret is like entry level, taz is when you’re tired of playing around and want glass skin not just “eh better than before” skin
why taz > tret:
- binds harder to the receptors (sciencebros cope all you want)
- nukes acne & hyperpigmentation way faster
- less cloggy, more aesthetic glow long term
- peels you like a reptile but comes back better each time
Downsides
- yeah it’s more irritating at first
- you will flake like crazy for a bit, moisturize or cry
- not for the weak-skin or noobmaxxers

no other actives i aint got time for that
My before and after:
Before ( December )
- skin tone = uneven af
- cheeks + jawline = acne warzone
- nose pores lookin like moon craters
- dry but still greasy?? make it make sense
- mirror check = depression
Pics

Now
- scars faded HELLA
- new pimples rare like once a week max
- skin smooth like actual glass no joke
- ppl saying i look “fresh” or “well rested”
- mirror check = lowkey smug aura
