tazarotene and i broke out

so i been on taz for 2 weeks and during that period my skin got better but yesterday and today it has been worse
ive also been on tret 0,5 for 4 months and didnt really see any difference
any tips?
also i dont know any anti inflammatory creams/gels
if yall can help me w those it would also be great.

I could be mistaken but isnt taz alot stronger than tret? maybe move up to 0.1 tret for abit then try out low dose taz

i dont peel or get redness anymore tho. I think my skin can tolerate retinoids well now

I guess just spam some cisaplast baume b5 for the next days to repair the barrier and whatnot if its irritated rn

Yes it mogs I always use it on a cycle bcz ur skin still needs some bacteria

Like a few weeks to get used to taz maybe 2-3 more idk
