tbh I have noticed this, but I still think positive tilted eyebrows mog the most. I think that generally: positive tilt -> aggressive while negative tilt -> kind, caring.
If you already have enough aggresive traits downturned eyebrows could look better than upturned ones, but if you lack them it would make you look weak.
