You’re recessed. Specifically your Maxilla. It’s not visible judging by this photo alone, but if you have “cheek fat” at 15% it mostly indicates maxillary recession since your structure can’t stretch out the soft tissue giving you that bloated appearance.

Also don’t forget the angle, light and cheek sucking +jutting in this picture.
