Teach me how to rate and use these terms correctly

I've seen many different scales in the manosphere and I dont truly know how to use these terms. For example, i've heard ltn is 5 but i've also heard that ltn is sub5, I've heard mtn is 5 but I've also heard mtn is 6. I also don't know how to rate people correctly i usually rate people as mtn/b or ltn/b and rarely but sometimes sub5 with like three times i've said htn or higher.

the most accurate method for a rating is percentile.
People will tell you htn is wayyy above mtn but actually its just high end of normie logically which is 3 dudes out of 10 ?
