Teacher made fun of me in front of my entire class

We had some homework from the day before and I emailed my teacher and said I couldn't finish the homework because I was at a sport event until 11:00 but got no response even though I sent the email while school was still in session. The next day I walk into class and on the board it says that we'll review our homework witch is normal, and she usually lets someone raise their hand to go up and review. She acts like shes going to and then CALLS ON ME dispute my email. I try to fill it out but its hella hard without a calculator and I just tell her "I didn't do it" and she starts LAUGHING under her breath and tells me that im not going to pass her class if I don't start paying more attention (mind you I have a C-) in front of the entire class. She hates me for no reason I don't have friends in that class and the girls in that class thought I was gay because I didn't talk for the first couple months of school so she has no reason to hate me.

TLDR; teacher blatantly chose my to fill homework I couldn't do and embarrassed me in front of the whole class
