Porn addiction is a big component in these situations, no doubt. I was quite good-looking as a teen (still am gl) and girls would approach me and stuff, but I was shy, mostly socially withdrawn, and though I was horny as any regular teen is, I would channel that horniness into jerking off to porn instead of actually being with a girl.
