Teeth crowding and braces (Ortho says extraction)

So I been on braces for a few months now and theres a problem with my teeth crowding, 1 of my teeth is pushed inwards by other teeth and it literally have no space to be corrected by the braces because my lower jaw physically is not wide enough/have enough space, my ortho said he recommend extracting the teeth, are there other solutions?

Don't do this shit, don't extract your teeth. It's last option you can do, it won't look good. Ask other specialists. Have your ortho altready tried using expansion spring (or whatever this part is called ) to make space? smth like that,

4, he says to prevent assymetry the extraction have to be symmetrical, for example 1 bottom teeth extraction = 1 upper jaw teeth ceteris parabis

Ur teeth corwding looks EXACTYL like mine, I think mine is due to narrowing chin

Not actually my teeth , it's photo from other group ( i'm post bimax and i take my braces off in 3-4 months ) . But to get clear 90% of cases doesn't require removing any teeths. There's so many shit ortho they don't know what defook they do ( i tried some and i finally chosen ortho with brain to co-work with surgeon )
can you post photo of teeth that ortho want to remove?
What method are you going on? standard bite correction, decompensate ( surgery preparation ) or camouflage? there's only those 3 ways.

He currently have a spring installed between the two teeth causing crowding to the one being pushed back, he said it might make space for the teeth to fit but if it doesn't work he will have to extract teeth or perform surgery on me

go for expansion or something of the sort, literally anything

every face surgery is brootal as fuck , i'm not sure how i survived my bimax but mostly of them worth suffering, effects are often great

I want bimax but i don't know how I woukd tell my ortho I feel like he is gonna crticise me or tell me I'm not recessed enough

so wtf if your ortho treatment right now? there are 3 ways as i said.
1. Normal bite correction (no surgery because not even needed )
2. bite DECOMPENSATION, it makes your defect look even bigger
3. bite camouflage ( dont do this shit, destroys TMD and others )

you need to make plan with your ortho and go with him clearly what is your target so he can do right preparation otherwise it wont work believe me as i'm post operation. Is your ortho co-working with maxilofacial surgeon?

you are totally wrong at the moment

as fooook but let me explain

u have underbite and crossbite so you are basically typical class III patient
you can go for camouflage by tilting teeth in the right direction but that's a shitty way (ends without surgery )
or you can decompensate (make teeth straight,deffect will be even bigger but that's the point to get surgery )

change ortho to proper guy who co-works with surgeon or u will end fucked by some random ortho

she didnt liked it, her face was still flat, so she wanted to go surgery way

she had to decompensate her teeths to make her deffect visible as is really is
she was ready to do surgery and pic 3 is after surgery. Your ortho don't know what is he doing and you don't know what you want. It will end in bad way propably or get a proper plan and go to surgeon

Yes, it was LF1 only surgery. Dont do camouflage will ruin your face. Ask ortho to decompensate and find surgeon
