Teeth make me look like a horse/chipmunk/rodent

my upper teeth. Ik its no surprise since my 80iq parents let me eat fucking toothpaste and cool aid all day when i was a toddler, and im the only one in my family who had such a severe dental situation

i also have lip incompetence and really need to put an effort into sealing my lips but it strains/recesses my chin. if i break the seal even a little my upper teeth just pop tf out and make me look even more like a horse.

my shit would be all upper teeth instead. looking like a fucking chipmunk/horse/rodent. ive been called all of these it always hurts. i really have it all tbh. Horseface, gummy smile, lip incompetence, narrow palate/severely recessed teeth at just 7.
any surgery ideas?
