12 teeth is ideal

I have a 9 or a ten teeth smile with gaps at both ends of my mouth when I smile due to my narrow palate, i have 2 crooked teeth and my palate isnt narrow enough for the NHS to give me MARPE/MSE

If only it was more narrow i couldve gotten a 12 teeth smile though mse or marpe
