Teeth Mold and Jaw surgery

So my surgeon who i will see in 1.5week told me to bring mold of teeth to see if he can operate on me

I was wearing braces so i got shitty one , but those who undergo jaw surgery do you think he will operate on me with that bite

Seems like a posterior open bite when i bring my teeth to CL 1

Will getting braces or invisalign and a minor change in teeth alignment change the entire facial structure? My teeth arent perfectly aligned in the front, but its nothing extreme or something anyone would easily noticed. I am scared my denist could fuck up facial structure. Is it possible that it could happen?

no it will not happend if you don't extract teeth, it will only change inclinasion of teeth to make them fit together

Im talking if my current arch allow me jaw surgery, does posterior open bite cause a problem?

Im class 3 i did arch teeth imprint that my surgeon will see on july 26, but if arch doesn't fit well he will deny me surgery , do you think current arch is good ? cause when i put the 2 arch class 1 i have a slight posterior open bite
